Progettare un appartamento cambiando il punto di vista, scegliere di dare priorità a chi riempie la quotidianità con le loro fusa e non con le loro voci. I protagonisti di Miahouse sono i gatti, una coppia di Ragdoll che è il vero fruitore degli spazi durante l’arco della giornata. Ogni angolo di casa diventa rifugio e svago per la coppia che vaga tra gli arredi total white, i toni pastello del verde salvia e la carta da parati jungle come a ricreare una savana in cui i felini possono dar sfogo ai loro istinti primordiali. Il legno dai toni sbiancati ricrea quell’habitat tanto caro agli scandinavi e permette di donare tranquillità ai fruitori degli spazi. I due gatti si rincorrono, giocano sul letto in cordura grigio, si nascondono sotto il tavolo quasi invisibile grazie al ripiano in vetro, si rotolano sulla cucina con il suo top in gres che può essere pulito con semplicità, cercano di rilassarsi sulle doghe del parquet in rovere sbiancato, nell’attesa che i proprietari di casa rientrino a fine giornata per avere finalmente le coccole tanto aspettate.
Designing an apartment by changing the point of view, choosing to give priority to those who fill it in everyday life with their purring and not with their voices. The protagonists of Miahouse are cats, a couple of Ragdoll who is the real user of the spaces during the day. Every corner of the house becomes refuge and leisure for the couple who wander among the total white furnishings, the pastel tones of sage green and the jungle wallpaper as if to recreate a savannah in which felines can give vent to their primordial sounds. The bleached wood recreates that habitat so dear to the Scandinavians and allows to donate tranquility for users of the spaces. The two cats chase each other, play on the gray cordura bed, they hide themselves under the table almost invisible thanks to the glass shelf, they roll over the kitchen with its stoneware top that can be cleaned easily, they try to relax on the oak parquet slats whitened, waiting for the homeowners to return at the end of the day to finally have cuddles wait so long.
